14-Day Return Policy – Computer Builds

Evolution Gaming and Repair LLC (“Company”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every computer build. If you are not fully satisfied with your Brand New Computer Build or Refurbished Computer Build, you may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The computer must be in like-new condition, with no signs of misuse, physical damage, or modification.
  • All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be returned.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Example: On a $1,000 purchase, a $100 restocking fee will be applied, and $900 will be refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Computers that show signs of negligence, abuse, or modification
  • Systems returned after the 14-day window
  • Custom-built systems that were specially configured per customer request unless found defective
  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads included with the build


Return Process

  1. Contact Evolution Gaming and Repair LLC within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return request.
  2. Once approved, the item must be returned in person or shipped (at customer’s expense) to our location.
  3. After inspection, an approved refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 5-7 business days.


Limitation of Liability

  • Evolution Gaming and Repair LLC is not responsible for data loss during the return process. Customers are advised to back up all data prior to return.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
